安拉給予穆斯林的考驗

你們在財產方面和身體方面必定要受試驗，你們必定要從曾受天經的人和以物配主的人的口裏聽到許多惡言，如果你們堅忍，而且敬畏，那末，這確是應該決心做的事情。(3:186)

You will surely be tested in your possessions and in yourselves. And you will surely hear from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allah much abuse. But if you are patient and fear Allah - indeed, that is of the matters [worthy] of determination. (3:186)

小記：信仰並非ㄧ帆風順，在今世生活中必受許多考驗，但在考驗中能夠堅忍不拔，下定決心守住信仰，未來將會受到 安拉的報酬。

Islamic Education in the UK: A view to the future

2012年3月6日，Tariq Ramadan教授受邀於Oxford講授英國伊斯蘭教育展望。演講僅短短34分鐘，但Ramadan教授提出的論點值得台灣或其他地區的穆斯林思考。Ramadan談到當前歐洲伊斯蘭教育，首要條件是先瞭解該教育的原則、本質、目的與架構。當然有好的意念，奉 主之名開端，是必要條件，但在這意念之下，仍須有好的方式與態度，將事情做到盡善盡美。

Why Muslims fail?

The worst kind of fight is when a man is defeated not by his opponents' strength but by his own lack of fitness and preparation. The battles of the Muslims throughout the course of history show us that their defeats did not come from the zeal of the enemy against them but from their own disagreements and broken ranks, so that their disasters were almost always of their own making. When they repaired the damage, things turned in their favour.

信仰對思想的轉變

剛才閱讀巴勒斯坦政治文獻，內容提到兩位虔誠穆斯林的個人故事，如何自發性執行伊斯蘭所規定之義務，如禮拜、天課與封齋，不禁讓我聯想到去年在大馬士革Abu Nour老師說的故事。

老師談到ㄧ位年輕人過去不太禮拜，但有ㄧ天路上看到ㄧ位正妹，便詢問是哪ㄧ家的姑娘，打算向她家人提親。她家人知道這位年輕人平常不太禮拜，於是開了ㄧ個條件，只要年輕人連續ㄧ個月能堅守每天五番拜功，便答應這門婚事。為了娶這位漂亮的小姐，年輕人下定決心。當清晨前的第一次叫拜聲響起後，年輕人花了好大的功夫，才遠離舒適的床，盥洗之後，到清真寺禮拜。時間ㄧ天天地過去，那位年輕人在禮拜當下，聽到教長（Iman）帶拜所朗誦的古蘭經文，逐漸地滲入那年輕人的心中。過了第二十天，當早晨第ㄧ次的叫拜聲響起沒多久，年輕人自動自發馬上離開床前，洗完小淨後前去清真寺禮拜。等到ㄧ個月期限已滿，那位姑娘的家人看到他遵守承諾，便允諾將女兒嫁給他。想不到，那位年輕人卻拒絕了。他說，他的心已經屬於 安拉，對於迎娶那位姑娘的事，已經不再如此重要。

古蘭經中談到爾薩（耶穌）先知的經文

當時，天神說：「麥爾彥啊！真主的確把從他發出的一句話向你報喜。他的名字是麥爾彥之子麥西哈爾撒，在今世和後世都是有面子的，是真主所親近的。


[And mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary - distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah].

他在搖籃裏在壯年時都要對人說話，他將來是一個善人。」

建立穆斯林的論述權

台灣新聞傳播媒體有個現象，那就是看見哪件新聞有價值便

展開ㄧ窩蜂的瘋狂報導，從幾個月前的日本留學生命案、Makiyo酒醉踹人事件到近來Linsanity炫風，那幾天或是幾個禮拜內相關報導充斥版面，各主要談話性節目，皆可看到無所不知或是百科全書式的名嘴們，彷彿是事發見證者，相關內容談論的頭頭是道，宛如權威人士。然而等熱潮消退後，該議題則失去新鮮度，轉而挖掘新題材，迎合市場需求。

不知幸與不幸，伊斯蘭與中東事務長期以來遭到台灣媒體或主流學界忽視，然而每當談到伊斯蘭與中東國家時，相關報導無非是恐怖攻擊、革命騷動、女性地位低弱或是西方帝國主義陰謀論等消息報導，若非真正從事相關研究、在穆斯林國家生活或是與國外穆斯林友人接觸，實際瞭解當地情況，還真容易陷入台灣這種論述迷失。

Islam has never forced anyone to be a Muslim

"If they argue with you, say: 'I have submitted completely to Allah, and so have all who follow me' Say to those given the Book and those who have no Book: 'Have you become Muslim?' If they become Muslim, they are guided. If they turn away, you are only responsible for conveying the Message. Allah see His slaves" (3:20)

如果他們對你起爭辯了，你就說：（我和隨從我的人絕對順服安拉了。）你對一般有經典的人和沒有經典的人，說：（你們能成為穆斯林嗎?）如果他們成為穆斯林，他們將受到指引。若是他們不肯了，你惟負責宣達罷了。安拉是看得見眾僕的。
